(The Ultimate in Truth (sort of))
『I've always maintained that looks are deceiving. Take the couple who lives across the street, for example. He may be a tight-lipped accountant, while she goes door to door peddling Avon, but who knows what REALLY goes on with this couple, late at night and behind closed doors? That's what makes the "Letters to Penthouse" book series so saucy, as John and Jane Doe from the public at large allegedly and in their own words confess their naughtiness and subsequent sins to the world. In Volume XXIII (um, that's 23) of this series, aptly entitled TRUE CONFESSIONS, we learn more than we dared or cared regarding the hijinks and shennanigans of. . .swinging.

Oh, yes. Apparently many men harbor secret fantasies--dark, exotic fantasies about their wives, their girlfriends, their favorite maternal aunt, doing the wild thing with another man (or even more than one man). And in TRUE CONFESSIONS we learn that these fantasies come true, whether that beloved wife enjoy a tryst with the lawn boy, her hubby's best friend, her hubby's brother, a willing and eager coworker, an unwilling law enforcement officer. . .even a bizarre episode where the wife tallied more than two hundred partners (by golly, this gal got around). And not only did these steamy encounters take place, they took place under the watchful, gleaming, fascinating eyes of the husband; in fact, often hubby got in on the action himself. And, without exception, following each extra-marital liaison, the original couple would embrace to declare the infidelity had solidified and strengthened their relationship. And of course it did: just ask those high school football players over there, the ones that won't stop smiling.

Penthouse piles on steamy story after steamy story of girls/babes/dames/grannies gone wild. I dismissed the similar writing styles and vividly descpritive phrases as mere coincidence; after all, these are actual letters from "Penthouse" magazine readers, not concocted fabrications by a bunch of pimple-faced indie writers. If that were the case, this volume wouldn't be entitled TRUE CONFESSIONS; it would be called "Semi-Fictional Utterances." Just doesn't have the same ring to it, does it? Thank you, Penthouse!

(Good, has a few unbelieveable twists.)
『This book introduces a totally new character, Lance Winslow, who is an 8th or 9th-generation descendant from Gilbert Winslow's grandson William, who was sent to England in #3 The Indentured Heart and pretty much hasn't been heard from again. It covers Lance's courtship, 5-year marriage, and the death of his French wife in the first 5 chapters, as well as his wife's younger sister Dani's crush on Lance, then goes on to introduce 3 more important characters; Josephine Zellenger, a lady journalist who becomes good friends with Lance's dead wife's family; Logan Smith, son of "Gallant Outlaw" Lobo Smith and grandson of "Wounded Yankee" Zacharias Winslow, and Revelation Brown, Logan's best friend and mechanic who askes everyone he meets, "Are you saved?" which usually unnerves or confuses them, even though his intentions are good.

This book is proof that you can't judge a book by its cover -literally! Although Lance and Josephine are pictured on the front, the actual "Flying Cavalier" is Logan, as stated several times in the story itself.』

(Cliched bit of Christian fiction, disappointment for Winslow fans)
『I love the House of Winslow series and felt seriously robbed by the addition of Lance to the family tree without previous mention in any other book. If Morris wants to add to the tree, he should do so in a way that doesn't feel forced. None of the characters in this one are well rounded, and some are so cliched it's painful. You just know when the previously undeveloped soldier mentions a fiancee he's going to die within two pages. The same with the unsaved soldier who suddenly finds Christ and starts evangelizing. I enjoy much of Morris' work, but this is the kind of work that gives Christian fiction a bad name. If you like the House of Winslow series, you can safely skip this one. Morris also seems to be having minor characters use the exact same quotes about trivial things in the books, i.e. wanting a conversion experience with twenty car-wrecks. In both this book and the previous characters use the EXACT same lines. Skip this one, the next one is much better!』

(You can't put it down)
『I've enjoyed reading the entire House of Winslow series! I'm only 15 and I enjoyed the first book of this series, so much that I had to continue. I ended with this book and hope to see many more. Gilbert Morris did such a wonderful job writing his books that I've read others and one of his sons! He is by far my favorite author! His books encourage me as a Christian! Lance Winslow is a man living in France (where he went after his wife died) and is fighting against World War 1 against the Germans with airplanes. Logan Smith is wounded and sent to a hospital where Lance's sister-in-law Danielle, nurses him back to health. Jo Hellinger comes to write about this war for newspapers all the way from New York. All of them are courageous and in need of God's love. A friend, Revelation Brown, helps them all with his scripture quoting and love. The story will entrance you and you won't be able to set it down for long!』

(Fascinating Page Turner)
『Having known Patrick Carlin years ago and being a major fan of his brother George I was curious so I ordered Patrick's book. I couldn't put it down. It's hard to describe how well he portrays a young man as a radar operator in the Air Force in the early 50's. He is a self-professed and confessed "f-up" and is very happy with that way of life. He holds zero allegiance to externally imposed rules that make no sense to him and lives his life on his own terms. This of course leads him into lots of trouble but that's OK with him, it's just part of life. On the other hand he has a very strong sense of right and wrong, good and bad, and is loyal to a fault to people who earn his friendship and trust. I love the way he describes his feelings for 'stuffed shirts', 'incompetents,' 'a-kissing phonies,' etc. In this book you will meet a fascinating man. Highly recommended even beyond my expectations. - Dave Woodward』
『It’s June 1952, two years into the Korean War. Eddie Flynn, a 20-year-old New Yorker stationed at an air force radar site in Michigan meets Joan Whitman at the annual Perch Festival in Tawas.

Joan from St. Clair Shores is fighting back against her father’s attempts to push into the country club set. Her mother loves and understands her. Jill delights in thwarting Fill’s efforts to thrust boys from “the proper social strata” upon Joan. Bill’s current project is a Yalie due for a large inheritance on his 25th birthday. At her father’s request Joan had dated Roddy twice. She thinks he’s a jerk and is not looking forward to receiving his frat pin at her 18th birthday party. Eddie is the answer to Joan’s dilemma.

Eddie is a rhythm&blues fan who only wears his uniform off base if he’s hitchhiking. With his ducktail haircut slathered in Dixie Peach hair pomade, wearing his Levis, a Pendleton shirt and black suede loafers he doesn’t look like the average airman wear “civvies”. Eddie declared himself “cool” when he was ten years old.

Joan and Eddie cruise through July and August in her black Chevy, a stick shift with a hot engine and zebra skin sear covers.

Labor Day brings electrifying news to the young lovers. Two major problems that must be dealt with.

『This delightful story took me to a time past (1800s)that was simple and less complicated. It's a sweet romance about a young woman with a rough past who gets a chance to live a rich life with a good man. I enjoyed it and I enjoyed the poetry of the author's descriptions. Definitely a feel-good read.

『My interest was piqued right from the first few pages..It grabbed my attention, this intriging turn-of-events! I was hooked, and just HAD to keep reading,so I could see what would occur next!I could easily sympathize for Annie/Matilda. She is one of those characters that really tugs at your heart, and you will come to admire her grit! John, Elizabeth, and the others will also become easy favorites for you. The story is solid,well-written,and perfectly-paced. I just finished it today, and I look forward to her next tale.It is a true story of love, forgiveness, and second chances. Enjoy!』

(Heartwarming love story)
『I confess that I haven't read many inspirational romances, but Perrine's premise of an illiterate prostitute who assumes a dead woman's identity and passes herself off as a respectable schoolteacher intrigued me. Annie MacAllister hasn't had many second chances in her life--or any kind of chances, for that matter. But she learns to read as she teaches her class and finds she feels at home in the schoolroom. Widowed rancher John Sullivan needs love and forgiveness in his life, and he and Annie find it together. It's a heartwarming love story, and I enjoyed the 1880s small-town Texas setting.』

(This is a wonderful book!)
『Annie MacAllister has never had a second chance in her life. Until now. And when she finally escapes the horrible existence she's been forced into, she grabs it. Because Annie is, above all, a survivor. And once she comes into her own, she discovers a faith in her soul that she never knew existed.
Annie becomes a schoolteacher in a small Texas town in 1885. Her second chance takes her into a wonderful world that she has never known, and she works hard to be worthy of it. She learns, she teaches, and her innate goodness earns her the love of the town and the people she serves. One of those people is John Sullivan.
John is a member of the school board, who has hired Annie sight unseen, and entrusts the children of the community to her care. John is a good man, but his respect for his heritage has led him to become a man he thinks is worthy of his history, without looking into his heart, his feelings, his faith.
Annie is so afraid of men in general that she fights her feelings for John. He is so caught up in his history that he's slow to come to recognize his feelings for Annie. But when he finally realizes that he loves Annie, she is able to admit that she's loved him almost since they first met.
Annie's faith comes to her quickly, as a revelation, a luxury allowed after living so long just to survive.
John's faith comes later, as a surprise to him, allowing him to be himself and not only the man his history expects.
But Annie has secrets, and she's kept them. Until she can't.
A secret that must be kept, a precious kitten, a terrible prairie fire on the Texas plain, an unwelcome visitor from the past: all these things come together to create the crucible that make Annie and John finally realize that their love is forever. They also make Jane Myers Perrine's story unforgettable. I can say only this: Jane gets better with every book.

Second chances are rare in Annie MacAllister's life, and the sudden opportunity to pose as a respectable schoolteacher is too good to pass up. Annie plans to stay in the friendly Texas town of Trail's End just long enough to earn money for a new start. But she never dreams that in helping herself, she would help her students--and the one man who could uncover her truth...

As Trail's End's most righteous citizen, John Sullivan thinks that believing in God is only about right and wrong. But he's challenged by the new schoolteacher's unconventional methods--and her unexpected past. Now, he and Annie will need some divine forgiveness to reignite their faith...and find a future together.

『I do not think this book is Debra Webb at her best. I have
read many of her books and have found several much better than
this one.

I find that A.J. Braddock is very good at finding Gabrielle
who stole a file from the Colby Agency. She believes that a
man named Sloan was the one to kill her father. She is out to
make him pay for what he did to her father. In arriving
at his house she is aware that something is very wrong. The
older man and a woman gaurding two young boys are shot. Men in
the truck that has come through the gate grab the boys and
put them inside driving off. Gabrielle has fantastic train-
ing and is able to get the boys away from the man by shooting
him. The small boys have been told by their father where to
go incase of and emergency like this one.
She follows the boys and is able to protect them.
In the mean time Braddock has caught up and they spend time
leading other men who want to capture the boys for ransom
away. Read to find out what happens when Solan comes back
home and his children are gone. Why was he away from his
house? Who is the man behind the plot to take his sons
away? Does Gabrielle change her mind about killing Solan
or does she put facts together to make an important decision
leading her to think of this in a different way?』

(Debra Webb at her best!)
『Now this is the Debra Webb I faithfully buy regardless of the book's description!!!!

Gabrielle Jordan infiltrated the Colby Agency in INVESTIGATING 101 and vanished after she learned what she'd spent a lifetime searching for- the whereabouts of Trevor Sloane. Gabrielle believes Sloane ruthlessly murdered her father, Gabriel DiCassi, and is unaware that DiCassi was an assassin known as the Angel of Death. She also doesn't know the evils he bestowed upon Sloane's family (see SOLITARY SOLDIER). Colby investigator A.J. Braddock is sent to intervene but when he locates Gabrielle, she is on the run from slave traders who had tried to kidnap Sloane's children! This is a fast-paced read with plenty of action and the story I've grown to expect from Debra Webb. Some of her more recent efforts have been a bit disappointing but RAW TALENT is Debra Webb at her best! Highly recommended!』

When a confidential file was stolen from the prestigious Colby Agency, it was A. J. Braddock's mission to retrieve it. His assignment: locate Gabrielle Jordan, the enigmatic woman who'd vanished with it.

Except he never expected to find her hiding out in Mexico, safeguarding two boys &151; the victims of a failed kidnapping plot. But Gabrielle's fierce tenderness toward the youngsters stirred the ex-military man's own protective instincts.…

Now, forced to rely on each other to stay alive, neither could resist the passion that simmered between them &151; leaving A.J. torn between duty and desire….

『From the back...
When Ruth loved him, nothing else mattered--The Double C was awash in preparations for a Valentine's Day wedding, but Tyler took no joy in the proceedings. He and his wife might as well be on different planets. The wedding diverted her from her pain, but what about his guilt? What about his needs? His wife was meat and drink to Tyler McKinney, the air he breathed and the essence of his life. With Ruth beside him, he could tackle anything, but when she was seperated from him--either physically or emotionally, he just couldn't hack it. Neither could go on this way. Something had to give.

In my Opinion...
We were first introduced to Tyler and Ruth in 'Cowboys and Cabernet.' They have been important characters throughout the Crystal Creek series. In the last several books we have had to read about the tragic loss of their unborn son. Ruth and Tyler have still not completely recovered from their baby's death. In this book we discover just how far apart they have drifted and what it takes to bring them back together again. In a previous book (Southern Nights) we were introduced to Lisa Croft and Tony. They are back in this book to get married. The entire McKinney household is planning their wedding. And Lisa must face her past if she is to peacefully start her future with Tony. This is an emotional Crystal Creek book with the return of many characters from previous books. There is also several new characters that find love in this story. It was a nice addition to the Crystal Creek series.』

(A hot sequel to Hot and Bothered)
『Scent of a Woman is the sequel to Hot and Bothered. We read about Lee and Trevor in Hot and Bothered and Scent of a Woman tells the story of their friend Susan Carrington, an incredibly rich (think Rockefeller rich) woman who is unlucky in love. Every man that Susan has loved has wanted her for her money and she has become depressed, convinced she'll never find that special someone.

Psychiatrist David Levinson has his own issues with relationships. While he's looking for a scarf for his sister, a mysterious woman helps him (in a very sensual way) pick out a scarf. Telling him her name is Scheherazade, the story teller of Arabian Nights, Susan then propositions him to meet her at a hotel on Wednesday night.

What follows is a sensual evening that leaves each wanting to see the other person again. They then meet every Wednesday night to explore their fantasies - no last names, just incredible sex. Yet as the weeks pass, each starts to feel and want more from the relationship.

One of the complaints that some people had about Hot and Bothered was that it wasn't hot enough for a Harlequin Blaze novel. Well, that's not the problem with this book! Scent of a Woman is pushing the edge for a Harlequin Blaze novel and is a terrific sequel.

(Sultry and Smooth, but the Ending is a Let Down.)
『By chance, two very attractive strangers meet and casually set up a promising rendezvous. Their spontaneous decision startles them; after all, a free-and-easy tryst is hardly an everyday happening! Indeed, SCENT OF A WOMAN is from Harlequin's Blaze line and it is energizing and carnal.

Completely dissatisfied with her personal life, heiress Susan Carrington longs to find a man who will look beyond her family name and fame. Someone who will appreciate the woman under all that Carrington money. When she invites a complete stranger to join her in at a hotel bar for drinks and whatever, Susan absolutely shocks herself.

Immediately, the amazing invitation intrigues and arouses psychiatrist David Levinson - a mysterious woman, Wednesday evening, hotel-bar, drinks, and . . . ? Ah yes, a whispered invitation, some shared secret fun, soon becomes a standing Wednesday evening assignment. But what an assignment - one hotel room, two willing adults, and hours spent in experimental play and tangled feelings. Naturally, disturbing and deeper feelings enter the relationship. A complicated question begins to grow: are the feelings shared?

For the most part, SCENT OF A WOMAN is fun and playful; two normal people meet, have enjoyable sex, and then fall in love. Remarkably, Jo Leigh proves that a hot read does not have to have explicit sex scenes. Instead, Ms. Leigh draws from heated energy and sexual tension. Definitely, this is a great fantasy; it is a smooth, sexy read with no silliness added! However, this is a romance story and obviously, it must end. Unfortunately, Jo Leigh elects to tie her sophisticated love story into a TOO neat, TOO forced 'happily-after-ever' package; sadly, Leigh's fantasy ends on a much too common note.

(David And Susan-SPOILERS)
『Favorite scene with Susan-
Finally telling him her last name, but it's too late.

Favorite scene with David-
His chat with his sister.

Together-
Finally telling him her last name, but it's too late.

What did you like about Susan-
Her love for her friends and her sense of humor. Leaving the house in her mud mask. :)

What didn't you like about Susan-
That she believed that David would go after her money once he learned her last name and that she got angry over the littlest things. I have to admit I was a little skeptical about her wanting to do it with a stranger she really knew nothing about.

What did you like about David-
He wouldn't leave Susan, although she might have deserved it and although he could lose his temper, he didn't let his emotions get out of control.

What didn't you like about David-
He didn't punch out the photographer. :) I'm serious. :)』

(Wow! Very highly recommended)
『If Susan Carrington cannot have her wish for the forever kind of love, then she is at least ready for an arousing, exciting adventure. She is tired of men who want her based on her incredible looks and even more fabulous wealth. The moment she sees a sexy stranger selecting a scarf, she feels something extraordinary. Acting entirely out of character, she teases and excites him with a sensual promise: "Meet me Wednesday night." When they meet, Susan tells David that she wants the freedom to be anyone she wants -- to explore her most wicked desires and fantasies.

Psychiatrist David Levinson has no clue as to the identity of the stunning, mysterious woman who boldly propositions him. Cloaked in anonymity they are free to explore their passionate attraction. David comes to associate the sexy smell of Susan with the scent of promise, of daring, of a woman who makes him appreciate being male. Their stunning Wednesday nights are about wild abandon and physical pleasure. But when daylight comes, he cannot seem to get his temptress off his mind. Soon he wants more than anonymous play. He wants to know the woman behind the sexy façade. And that scares the hell out of Susan.

Author Jo Leigh pens a fabulously sensual adventure in SCENT OF A WOMAN. While David and Susan seek erotic play, neither can get past the fact that they also desire more. Their sensual encounters are intoxicating, building a need for an emotional relationship as well. Favorite characters from previous romances by Leigh step in, attempting to play matchmaker, demanding to know who they have become involved with, and generally providing amusing moments to offset the wildly erotic content. Indeed, Leigh strikes the perfect blend of humor, emotional depth and sensuality, making SCENT OF A WOMAN one of Blazes hottest titles. Very highly recommended.』

(Wow!)
『Scent of a Woman by Jo Leigh is one of the few BLAZES that I have read that have pushed the envelope, so to speak.
The hero (David) and heroine (Susan) meet in a store and both do something they don't normally do...they agree to anonymously meet in a hotel bar. They both know where they are going to end up, but it is something they both crave and need right now.
One interesting concept of this book is that for most of the book, they don't know each other's last names. They want anonymity and they fear rejection if the other knew who they were.
Another aspect of this book is that writer lets her characters explore their fantasies in ways that make this book very erotic and interesting. Pretend for one moment that you were making love with someone who you didn't really know, and you were doing it in ways you had never done it before?
If you have objections to this concept, then this book is not for you. But if you are looking for a hot romance (and this is definitely a romance book) then pick this up.
Because it was different for me, I really enjoyed the book. This book is certainly a head turner in how David and Susan approach making love. I have been recommending this book to friends and have received favorable responses in return after they read it.
Pick it up and find out what we are talking about.』

『With #20, #21, and #22 really getting far away from the central cast of Season Eight, I was glad to have at least Buffy back in play for this issue. I was even more excited about the prospect of pairing her up with Andrew. When the spotlight shifts to that character, you can always expect to be entertained. The sheer length of Andrew's raves and rants about pop culture in this book is very funny, but I do wish a bit more work had gone into refining each line of dialogue.

What was great here, though, was the relationship between Buffy and Andrew. It's a simple story, showing how Andrew is trying to make up for letting Simone slip through his fingers by catching her, but it's very well told. The comic made me feel like I was watching an episode of the series, and that hasn't happened with Season Eight in quite a while. Buffy's dialogue is on point, and the little we see of Xander was also very well done. I love what Greenberg did with Simone, having her attitude, headquarters, and especially her larger setting as a whole (an island that she basically stole; don't tell Ben Linus) speak for both the crazy place her head is at and how deep the hatred for slayers currently is.

The one major problem I had with this issue was the climax. Would Buffy really let a demon loose among slayers, no matter how misguided they were? A demon that previously managed to capture a slayer, no less? And wasn't this already done with Angel when he shut the W&H lawyers in with Darla and Drusilla? Repetition of story lines aside, this could have been a great, truly telling moment that showcases how grey Buffy's morality has become. It's hundreds of times worse than her robbing banks, because it's naieve to assume none of the slayers would be harmed. ...But it's not played as if it matters. It's played with her taking Andrew home, telling him that he's part of the family and they all mess up sometimes. When Angel did this, it launched an entire beige Angel arc that showed how much he had forgotten what it meant to be a hero. But, in this issue, Buffy just lets the demon loose and then move on. What is going on?

If the ending had been different, this would have been very, very enjoyable. I still like the issue, and still thought the majority of it was good, but I can't get over the carelessness with which the ending was written.

7/10』

(Buffy 23)
『Great stuff

When I was recently at the NYCC met with the illustrator (Georges) - just had to tell him he was involved with one of the best comics I'd ever read (up there with Elfquest!)

Now, maybe its not ALWAYS superb, but this is a really good one to start on if you're new to Season 8. I think this is a good self-contained ("bottle") story, and a heck of a lot of fun besides. Since the Fray/Buffy blow out (wherein Buffy killed her best friend) the comics have been a bit light, silly. Still pretty good (aside from the one with the stuffed animals taking over - that was just ridiculous, but hey! the great ones falter every now and again sure)

Andrew really comes into his own in this episode. Hes always a lot of fun, because he is a nerd, probably straight, just about hopeless, really, in having a "typical" conversation..

VERY good comic to read if you're just starting the series. VERY entertaining issue, in an excellent series

Oh, by the way, Georges let slip that we DO find out who Twilight is. My guess is that its Skip or Clemm or someone. No frankly, I have NO idea. The best guess I've heard seems to be Xander..

The comic is one of the better ones in the Season 8 series. Buy it buy it!!』

(The best yet in the Buffy standalone issues)
『Warning! Multiple spoilers ahead!

I've not been a fan of the Buffy Season 8 standalone comics, though they have as a group introduced as background the notion that the Slayers have been outed to the world, as have vampires. It hasn't been made completely clear how much of the vampire outing is a result of the prominent role that Angel played in the recent descent of L.A. into hell, making him a celebrated hero, and how much is due to Harmony's reality TV series. But the Slayers are perceived as a threat, much in the way that the X-Men are frequently perceived as being less than desirables. This is the larger background against which this issue is set. And while I've been a complete non-fan of the standalone episodes, I found this one to be utterly delightful. (Though I have to confess that I have high hopes for next month's Faith/Giles issue written by Jim Krueger.)

The plot is somewhat immaterial. Andrew lays a trap to catch rogue slayers, a trap that works, but works because he has created a giant spider demon. That Buffy finds a way to foil Simone and her unmerry band of mischief-makers is secondary to what the issue is actually about: Slayer/Nerd bonding. A lot of us who were hoping for a Faith series to follow upon the end of BUFFY and ANGEL were hoping for a dream team of Faith, Spike (especially after their extraordinary verbal exchanges in "Dirty Girls" in BUFFY 7), Illyria, and Andrew. Faith and Spike would be the anchors of the new series, the old reliables who would be able to build on the chemistry their brief encounters had already demonstrated, with Illyria and Andrew the two characters from the two earlier shows with the greatest potential. The transformation of Andrew from inept villain to inept good guy was one of the most fun things in BUFFY and demonstrated Whedon's great ability to explore the delicate line between heroism and villainy. Though Andrew has had some funny moments in BUFFY 8 (especially in the immediate aftermath of Buffy's lesbian experimentation), this was his big issue. Even though Andrew in the issue had morally done a very bad thing in serving a good end, and despite Simone's tempting offer of their very evil and dangerous demon in exchange for Andrew, Buffy declines. We even see in the end that Andrew has some of his own fans among the Slayer ranks. But one can tell that Andrew, despite the Slayers he oversees, never really thinks of himself as one of the insiders. The best part of the comic for my money was the four-frame ending after Buffy has walked away from him, saying, "Yeah, you're part of the family. Get used to screwing up for good reasons. It's what we do." Andrew sits there for a couple of beats, and then, after she is clearly out of room, he says, "I'm part of the family." Final frame: a smile.

BUFFY has always been about chosen families, both the family's people choose to be in and the people who chose you to be in their family. The iconic moment for that was in the Season Five episode "Family," in which Tara's father, brother, and cousin (the latter played by the then-unknown Amy Adams, a few years before her recurring Oscar nominations) come to take her home. When Buffy intervenes, Mr. McClay asks what gives her the right to interfere with Tara's blood kin." She replies, "We're family." So, welcome to the family Andrew.』

『It's Buffy-and Andrew-on a mission in Italy . . . together! Awkward? Yes! Since Harmony's television stunt, the ensuing of general vampire-love from the masses, and the destruction of the Scotland base, operations at Slayer headquarters have been somewhat strained. Rogue Slayers-Simone and her gang-have not been helping Slayer-civilian relations with their attacks against the military, bank robbing, and occasional snitching at Hot Topic. Now, Andrew has a lead on how to gain intel on Simone's plans . . . but he has to go to Italy-now! With Xander and Willow busy holding together their Slayer legions Buffy seems to be the only one with an open schedule to act as Andrew's backup. Hours of travel . . . just Buffy and Andrew . . . Really?Drew Z. Greenberg, veteran of the Buffy TV show as well as Dexter and Smallville, and current writer on The Clone Wars, teams with series artist Georges Jeanty and executive producer Joss Whedon.』
